New Charter High-Speed® Internet Ultra60

I cant live without computer and internet connection. My best friend is Google search. Every thing you want to know, just goggled it and right away you'll get the answer. Amazing isn't it? But when my internet connection goes slow it irks me because i cant multitask. It takes time for the website to load. I even tried using different computer but same result it has slow connection. I connected my computer directly to our router instead of wireless connection but got same problem. I think the problem is our Internet Service Provider because every time I reset the modem everything works perfectly. But this is happening all the time and it is really annoying. I think we need to change our ISP.
