Win $5,000 from iLasik Video Contest

I am thankful that I have healthy eyes and good vision. I spent most of my times in front of my computer, so sometimes I am worried that would affect my eyes. I am afraid that later on I would have eye or vision problems. I don’t like wearing eyeglass or contact lens, it feels like uncomfortable to me. But most of my relatives are having problems with their vision. My cousin Chona went to iLasik for laser vision correction. Now she her vision has already been improved. I have seen or talk to her for more than a year now. I need to call her so that I could tell her about the iLASIK Video Contest. Since she was iLasik patient before she could join and submit her own video.


The “You Gotta See This” Video Contest invites anyone to make video showing how life is more valuable with great vision. Abbott Medical Optics Inc. (AMO), a global leader in laser vision correction, sponsors the contest. The Grand Prize winner will win $5,000. For First Prize, three winners will be selected and will win HDTV package worth of $2,500 value (one per video category). For Second Prize, three winners will be selected and will win the Flip UltraHD camcorder worth of $199.99 value (one per video category). Videos must be submitted on September 10, 2009 to December 10, 2009. All participants must at least 21 years of age and legal resident of United States or District of Columbia. Example:
• I wore my contacts for 31 straight days. My eyes were so red my teachers thought I was under the influence
2. "My favorite sport or activity would be so much cooler with better vision"

Examples:
• I never wear my contacts when I ride, so I'm always the one lagging behind
• I took a spill with my glasses on. Now they're broken and so am I
3. "You should see life after the iLASIK Procedure"

Example:
• I was swimming underwater at a Vegas hotel and when I surfaced, you wouldn't believe what I saw. Before the iLASIK Procedure, it would all have been a blur
Additional consideration will be given to videos that include, either in text or voiceover, the phrase "You Gotta See Life With The iLASIK Procedure."
